This is normally a vacation rental but we are making it available from now until March 31, 2025. At that time it will revert to a vacation rental. Utilities included up to $200 per month. Tenants are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. This is a pet friendly property. No smoking or vaping indoors. Tenants are responsible for maintenance up to $50 per item. Tenants are responsible for outdoor upkeep including lawn and yard maintenance.
