Quiet, charming and breezy 2 bd/ 1 ba cottage located at the back of a property located in upper Pauoa Valley at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. This is a very pet-friendly neighborhood & valley and pets of ANY SIZE are allowed. Please just no aggressive pets towards people or other dogs & cats. We (owners) live in the front of the property and have 5 people-friendly dogs with our own separate yard area. Pauoa stream runs directly behind this unit in a lower viaduct and there is a small yard which could be turned into a nice sitting area or dog play area behind the cottage. We are 5 min drive to downtown; 5 minutes to H-1 and less than 15 mins to Waikiki. Currently available and month-to-month. Rent is inclusive of utilities (water, electric & gas) and monthly yard service with the exception of internet & TV/cable. There is no on-site parking but there is ample street parking nearby. There is a private, gated yard area behind and to the side of the house for your (and your pet's) use and we ask that you keep the area tidy and clean up after pets routinely. The negatives include: The bathroom has a shower but no tub. There is a washer available for the unit's exclusive use located right outside of the unit, there is no dryer but an outdoor, umbrella-style clothes rack for your usage as well. The neighbors behind the cottage have a college-age son who is home during summer & vacations and can, frankly, be loud. They have not bothered our previous tenants but please be aware of this. Like most houses in this area, the home is charming but on the older side. If you have pets we ask that you have renter's insurance that has a pet addendum.
