It does not include insurance fee, credit card fee, pool heat, or taxes. No smoking, parties, pets There must be a minimum of (2) adults over the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premise. Please note-the driveway can accomodate 2 cars. Street parking is available for a fee. Street parking is available from 8 am to midnight with no overnight parking. You may park in the parking garage and the Filmore parking lot overnight. (More detailed info in the house manual) In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $15.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000. This is a weekly vacation rental but can be rented for longer than a week.
