The house is 3 bedrooms 2 baths with a 2 car garage. Garage has good lighting and 220 outlets. Utilities are included. House has recently been remodeled and has central A/C. All appliances are included, and the washer and dryer are on the first floor. I do not allow smoking in the house or on the property. I require first and last month's rent before moving in along with deposit, all of which are $500 each. You can also double up in a bedroom for it to be less per person. Lease is a minimum of 1 year. I require everyone to fill out an application and pay a $30 non refundable application fee so i can perform a background check. Pets are an additional fee depending on what they are.
