The lease runs from now until May 25th 2021 with the option of extending further. I have moved out for the most part and would like to find someone by the end of September at the very latest. The sublease is for my one bedroom in a 4-bedroom apartment. There are 3 other girls who currently live in the apartment. The house is split into two apartments (first floor and second floor). All tenants in both apartments are young professionals or graduate students. The apartment has 1 bathroom, a living room, kitchen, laundry room with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, deck right off the living room, large backyard with a firepit, and has a driveway that fits seven cars. The $525/month rent includes wifi, cable, heat, water, trash removal, and snow removal. Electricity is not included and is split between all 4 tenants. Typically, the electricity is $30-$40 per person. There is one small dog and a cat in the apartment so you must like animals! I will be adding pictures to this post this weekend.
