The basics: Fully furnished. Shared entrance. This is a bedroom in the main home, and it's bright and quiet. You have full access to the big, beautiful home. You share the space with me - friendly, happy, and stable. AND I travel a LOT so you have the home to yourself for long stretches of time. The location: Quiet mountain seclusion, but so close to town! Whether that's hiking and biking mountain trails (Trail into Red Rocks open space and Pikes Peak trail system is a 7 minute walk), downtown Manitou (5-min drive) vibrancy of cafes, restaurants and quirky charm, Old Colorado City shops and restaurants (8-min drive), grocery store (5-min drive), and of course downtown Colorado Springs (about 14 minutes). The neighborhood is quiet but not dead! People walk and bike by all day, and stop to say hello. Deer wander by on the daily, birds chirp, and the sun shines, illuminating gorgeous mountain and red rock Garden of the Gods views from our high perch. Your outdoor sitting area is near the action, among landscaped gardens and greenery. Parking is always available right out front. There is plenty of room to store your bike, and outdoor equipment if you have it. Term: 3-12 month term No smoking. Tenant responsible for maintaining a clean, clutter-free home and periodic cleaning. $100 flat monthly fee covers gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage, internet. $150 one-time cleaning fee upfront.
