I'm beyond sad to be leaving Seattle and my favorite apartment behind -- looking for someone to take over my lease for this cozy space! Available Oct 1. Attached photos are my best attempt at a "walkthrough" of this weird/awesome floorplan -- starting from outside/the entry from building's hallway, through the living spaces, to the unit's private patio on the back of the building (with an extra shot of the huge living room from another angle). This apartment is spacious, sunny, at the end of the hallway (quiet neighbors, plenty of city/white noise from I-5, fire station, and the canal nearby), and has an awesome kitchen. I'm not much of a chef so having dishwasher and garbage disposal on hand was always nice. This has been my favorite building to live in during my 10+ years in Seattle proper -- it's in a great location (cravings for the bakery downstairs are gonna be rough), the maintenance guy lives in the building so it's a well-cared-for building, there's an elevator...
