Hello I'm looking for a subleaser(s) for a huge townhouse.The townhouse has has two floors and a basement, two bedrooms upstairs (the master is massive!)w/ hardwood floors, one full bath upstairs, and one half bath downstairs. This home has tons of closet space. The basement is unfinished but has a washer and dry and is great for storage. The living room is a nice size with a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has all appliances except microwave (I would be willing to sell you mine) including dishwasher, garbage disposal, and full size refrigerator. The townhouse has central air and heat. There a sliding glass doors in the living room that lead out to a private deck and small backyard. Looking for someone to move in right at the beginning of January (right around January 1st, 2015 however this can be moved around either I little earlier or later) goes to July 22, 2015Rent is $900 a month (for the whole unit - divide if you have roommates)You also get carport parking right in front of your front door.
