I will answer any questions you have at the house during the showing but will not be responding to emailed questions. -step two: after seeing the house, you may complete an application. Each adult who will be living at the house must complete their own application. The application fee is $30 per person by cash or check. -step three: I will screen the person(s) I feel are the most qualified (more on that below).
