The neighborhood is very peaceful & serene & the apartment has a view of nearby hills. Comes w/a workspace, convection stovetop, coffee machine & mini fridge, among other amenities. This is an entirely private unit w/its own entrance, similar to a hotel. It is located at the front, corner of a recently remodeled home. Everything in this unit is brand new, including the mattress & bedding. The pillows come in three different variations - from soft to medium to firm. The mattress can also be made to be more firm by removing the mattress topper if you'd like. You'll have private access through your own entrance to a recently remodeled apartment, which has its own kitchenette, bedroom & bathroom. You will not share any part of the apartment with anyone else. The bed size is queen. Also, you can use one or both of my Wavestorm surfboards, which are great for all levels but especially for beginners, for free. Free wifi and all utilities are included. This unit can be available on a month-to-month basis, if needed/preferred. All utilities included. Month to month lease.
