Hi! I have 2 fully furnished rooms available for rent immediately in my beautifully remodeled house. The rooms are warm, cozy and peaceful, with plenty of storage and space to work. Your bathroom is honestly my favorite part of the house. Its super relaxing and the shower is huge and luxurious. As im sure you can see from the pictures, the common space is kept clean with a layout that accommodates gatherings of about 10 people (more during the patio season) and I host the odd dinner party here and there. As long as you're clean and respectful I have no real strict house rules. Don't blast music at 3am ha. No smoking cigs in the house (4/20 friendly, just dont blow up the casa) Lease can be 3-6 months to start, and we can play it by ear after that.
