Sprinkler system for both the front and back yard. LOCATION: Cross streets is Lemay and Horsetooth. Sprouts on Lemay is a few blocks away, city bus stop nearby, city greenbelt is to the side of the home, Boltz Middle School is across the street as is large grass area and a Frisbee golf course. Pets and date of availability are all negotiable. There is a monthly $30.00 pet rent. This rent is negotiable after one year if you are staying at Camelot for another year. Non smoking property.
