unit is is best placed unit for sale. Cannot recarpet the handiness of being on main level and cannot paint away the views and easy access to the pool,spa and garden area. The bathroom sink sucks - you can grab a new one for $60. Bathroom has been tiled and a new designer toilet with center push button flush on it.
