This place is amazing!! Unfortunately, duty calls and my Military Orders are taking my fiance and me out of state. This wonderful 2bed/2bath townhouse has been our home for a while now, but we now need two lucky people to take our lease for their own. Each bedroom has its own private bath, and the rent covers all utilities: power, water, internet, cable, and trash pickup. It is available IMMEDIATELY, and the new tenants can either have their first month's rent paid for or be given cash in hand.
