As of May 2017, the bank appraised it at $169,000 for a refinance with cash out and the local realtor appraised it as $200,000 to sell and Zillow gave me a private estimate of $204.000. It is a lovely older home. We are the second owners since it was built in 1969. We have been remodeling and refreshing the whole house. It has new plumbing, new wiring, new appliances, new drywall, paint, and tile in the kitchen. The sunroom is my favorite part. There are still a few things left to be done to make it finished. The master bedroom, the hall and the sunroom need flooring (it is concrete now).
