Coffee pods are included along with spices, baking essentials, dish soap, scrub pads, dishwasher soap, trash bags and kitchen cleaning supplies. Amongst all the cooking and baking essentials, the kitchen also includes a pressure cooker, blender and large mixer. - Dining Room: The dining table comfortably accommodate 4 guests. - Living Room: Stream your favorite films and shows on the smart big screen TV. The 2 large sofas are very comfortable and perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring North Idaho. Parking: There are two parking spots on the street in front of the home and one parking spot behind the home in the alley which is safe for parking. Outdoors: The backyard is fully fenced and absolutely gorgeous. It includes a BBQ (propane tank included,) outdoor couch, table for 4, pergola and lawn area Fun in the sun: Beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella are included at no extra charge while staying at the home. Sanders beach is just 0.4 Miles and Tubbs Hill trailhead is 0.7 Miles from the home. NO PETS of any kind allowed on the premises. NO SMOKING of any kind on the premises. NO PARTIES: Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet community. Please respect quiet time between the hours of 9pm-8am. Guest access Keyless entry: The home is accessed by a front door digital keypad. On the day of arrival, once the home is ready, guests will be sent the door code to access the home. Other things to note Feel free to ask any questions before you arrive Owner pays for utilities including water, sewer, garbage and internet. If bills increase more than 15% over the prior year tenant will be responsible. Tenant is responsible for shoveling snow. Tenant is required to provide renters insurance.
