One of the rooms is furnished with a queen-sized mahogany bed, mahogany dresser, and small desk, and the other room is unfurnished. The rent will be approximately $500 monthly, and the cost of utilities, internet, and other shared services will be split among us. No pets or smoking in the house. I have an eye for details and take good care of my house and appliances both functionally and aesthetically. I love playing both Wii U / PC and classic video games, hitting the gym, playing piano and guitar, hiking, eating out, adventuring in the city, and cooking via home-made and online recipes. I enjoy sharing my hobbies with my friends and roommates, and I am open-minded to rooming with others regardless of profession or cultural background.
