Fully remodeled about a year ago and it comes fully furnished. You can connect to the house WiFi or order your own service if you want lightning speed. The unit has a floor ac/ fan. If you choose not to have it in the unit we can remove but we will need some time to replace some drywall. This unit has a private entrance and complete with security gates which we change the code to every so often. Access to laundry and a small covered patio in the rear. 5 minute walk to public transit and 2 minutes to interstate 5 North/South. The owners live on sight in the front unit.
