If you choose not to have it in the unit we can remove but we will need some time to replace some drywall. This unit has a private entrance and complete with security gates which we change the code to every so often. This unit has a dedicated washer/ dryer. If you want to maintain the yard you can but if you choose not to deal with it, we will maintain it, but we will have access and grow Vegetables ourselves. 5 minute walk to public transit and 2 minutes to interstate 5 North/South. The owners live on sight in the front unit.
