Hi All, I'm looking to rent my furnished condo for medium term. I'm looking for tenants who are interested in a 3month-12month lease. I can also do month to month with a 3 month initial commitment. The place is available may 1st. About the place: - 2 bedroom 2bath -It's on 30th and Iris, super close to the safeway -The building has 2 laundry rooms with machines that are coin or app operated - 49inch 4k tv with a chromecast hooked up to it. -$2100/mo (includes internet, water, heat, electric). I can work with you on price if you sign a longer lease. -$1000 deposit plus one month rent - 2nd floor(building has an elevator) -has one carport offstreet, and plenty of unassigned offstreet parking - across the street from a bike path and newly built floodway(you've got a view of this nice manmade river with lots of trees and plants from the balcony) - quiet neighbors - 2min biking distance to safeway - 15-20 min biking distance to DT pearl street - walk in closet in master bedroom - balcony with small table/chairs and grill. - dishwasher and garbage disposal - a hangboard is mounted above one of the door frames for in home climbing training or pull ups - smaller bedroom has a queen bed and desk(I mostly use this as a guest bedroom and office) - guest bathroom has a shower - master bedroom has a queen bed and has a walk in closet as well as a full bathroom - the master has a ton of space in it for yoga and whatever activities you are into that require space. - There are tennis and basketball courts as well as a clubhouse on the property with a piano, sauna, gym, and INDOOR saltwater pool. About you: Per the city of boulder, only up to 4 unrelated people can live in the unit Hopefully you have good credit.
