Lease description

• The rent is $3660 per month. Lease duration is 12 months. Security deposit and the 1st month rent must be paid after signing the lease. The keys will be given after receiving the payment. After moving out, the tenant must also pay a $400 non-refundable cleaning fee to the landlord. HOA fee covered. Utilities and the internet are not covered. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the front and backyard according to the landlord and HOA's standard. No smoking allowed on premise.
