Prior approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. - Linens, towels, toiletries and beach tags/ equipment is not provided. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked for any period due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME.
