Living room has an electric fireplace with new carpet, sofa and recliner chair. The 3rd bedroom functions as a dedicated yoga / gym with an inversion table, massage table, free weights and yoga equipment. Each of the 2 sleeping bedrooms have walk-in closets where you will find luxury linens including bamboo / cotton sheets, duvets, extra blankets and pillow choices and oversized, thirsty bath-sheet towels. Deluxe bedding with sheepskin mattress pads on natural latex non-toxic mattresses which provide pressure-point-free restful sleeping in the king primary bedroom and queen 2nd bedroom. Primary is en-suite with a new Toto bidet toilet, heated floor, large soaking tub and heated towel rack. Hall bathroom is recently remodeled with heated floor and bidet toilet. The new hot tub on the back deck has landscaped privacy with lake and mountain views for relaxing anytime! EV charger for electric vehicle parking in the driveway. Exceptional pet parents considered with an additional fee of $300/month. Enjoy direct access to the neighborhood's private walking / bike paths and lake side amenities with playgrounds and common areas.
