There is a large deck in the back that overlooks a beautiful view of Ithaca in the winter, and is surrounded by green in the summer with a fenced in yard and doggie door to allow your pup easy access. Dogs are allowed with deposit. The house comes unfurnished. The furniture pictured in the photos will be removed. We would request that a maximum of 3 adults live here(this isn't a restriction on children). Tenant is responsible for lawn mowing and snow removal. This is an owner operated house, not a property manager. We are very flexible, available and willing to help when needed. This house is available to rent starting July 7, 2025.
