There is a small laundry room across the hall which is rarely used. This building is extremely quiet and well maintained. My building is currently listing a similar unit for $4,315/month. My lease is $200 below this, and I am willing to pay the December rent myself, so your net effective payment is $3,499/mo for the tenor of this lease. Building has a gym, playroom, business center, lounge area, and 24/7 door/maintenance staff. There is also a partnership with a building down the street which has an even bigger gym and a pool area.
