List your homeIt is very nice. It has a delinquent tenent in it. It is 2300.00 past due on property tax . The delinquent tenent would be new owners responsibility as well as past due taxes. The house is 3 bedrooms 1 bath. Half basement. 2 car unattached garage. I will do a short sale. First 3000 dollars takes it
