I love this house but I'm moving to make custody arrangements with my son easier. The property is a turn of the century, flat-roof brick construction with a huge living room, two good sized bedrooms, and a DOUBLE tuck-under garage. There's nothing like driving into the basement of warm house during a Minnesota winter; makes a detached garage seem uncivilized. The living room boasts a well-tested fireplace and classic art deco light fixture. Besides the two bedrooms, the house has two small, well-lit rooms on the first floor perfect for an office or storage. The basement has a workshop and large room finished room suited for a TV room or art/music studio. Right by the 40th and University bus stop and throwing distance from Sarna's bar and grill. It's a one-of-a-kind rental that's been great for me. The owner is looking for someone to sign a normal, one-year lease and I'm helping so I can get out of my lease early. I prefer email but phone works too.No pets, and you have to mow the lawn. If you don't mow the lawn, rent is $1250.
