We're offering two private, unfurnished bedrooms in a home currently shared by my Spouse and me, we stay in the converted game room. The common areas are mostly furnished and include essential appliances, such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washer/dryer in the laundry room. All rooms that will be occupied are on separate sides of the 2,700 Sq Ft house for complete privacy. Room 2 Standard Bedroom Comfortable, standard-sized bedroom Located on the opposite side of the house from the master, offering additional privacy "Shared" bathroom access, but all other roommates will have their private bathroom attached to their rooms Common Areas & Amenities: Shared, fully equipped kitchen Laundry room with washer and dryer Peaceful and clean environment We're looking for respectful, responsible renters who will be a good fit in a quiet and welcoming home. If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to reach out! No smoking inside the home Rent will be due the 1st of each month with an initial security deposit equal to one month's rent required at move-in (refundable if the room is left clean and undamaged outside normal wear and tear). Must be employed, in school, or otherwise able to pay rent reliably. Utilities are included (electric, water, trash, Wi-Fi). Lease term: Month-to-month with 30 days' notice to move out; giving no notice will result in a forfeiture of your entire security deposit to make up for lost rent. Overnight guests are allowed with reasonable notice and for a reasonable duration of time (no tenants who do not pay rent).
