The Hideaway is a great space. It was recently listed as a vacation rental before the city started permitting. It received 5 stars all the time just for the location and the cool factor of the space. It's much bigger than the photos give it credit for and the layout is great. The back porch is secluded and you get some peace and quiet. It does have a bunch of steps, but the view and exercise is nice! Full kitchen and bath has new shower only. Hardwood floors and there is an additional gas heater for the ambiance. No pets. This space is good for a single person or couple that are quiet. Close to everything North Shore and just down from Aritha's. Laundry is shared but in basement with the cleaning staff for the downstairs Vacation Rental. All utilities are included. Owner pays all bills including internet. This is a vertical duplex and needs to be a quieter space, no parties/ loud noise.
