Off-street parking, large common patio, smaller private balcony. 15 minute walk max to anywhere on campus. Rent is split per Bedroom @ $400. Renters pay utilities which is only gas, water and internet. Previous tenets say they pay from 30 to 50 per person depending on the time a year. Parking is available for every bedroom we rent. It comes to about 20 dollars a month paid per semester.
