This modern 2-storey home is equipped with all the furnishings and appliances you will need to feel at home during your stay in Florida. With 2 spacious living areas, 6 private bedrooms, and a backyard oasis with a private screened pool, this luxurious home easily accommodates large groups or 2 families traveling together. Step inside and make yourself at home. The kitchen is equipped with major and minor appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, waste disposal, stove, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All pots, pans, flatware, and cutlery are provided. The living area has a large sofa, large screen TV, and ceiling fan for additional comfort. There is a full-size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board supplied. SMART TVs are in all bedrooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Pool spa heating is available for a fee of 40 dollars a day with a 2-day minimum. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and street parking is allowed. This house does not feature a covered garage as it is turned into a game room for guest entertainment. A small charcoal grill is provided free upon request, but it needs to be requested prior to arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm. Only small pets or dogs under 40 pounds are allowed with a 150 dollar pet fee for each animal. Only legal service dogs are exempt with proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged. Walt Disney World is 6.5 miles away, Universal Studios is 20 miles, Sea World is 17 miles, Shopping Outlet is 15 miles, Orlando Airport is 29 miles, and a supermarket is 1.5 miles away. Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, but washcloths are not provided as they are considered personal items.
