3 can be 4 bedrooms but 4th would be like nursery or toddler room as its pretty small, laundry room, 2 full baths, small front and back yard. we are currently in the process of fixing it up and cleaning it up as the last tenants refused to pay rent and left it a big mess. volunteers who would like to work out a deal on the deposit and first months rent in exchange for doing some of the work themselves will be considered first. we keep the grass cut. quiet, rural, single-family home. NO CONVICTED FELONS, NO DRUGS, NO VIOLENCE, NO PROBLEMS OR DRAMA Owner pays for any maintenance or repairs/does repairs or maintenance personally. Owner also keeps yard and grass cut and maintained. Renter is responsible for lights, water, & propane gas and all deposits of such utilities. Deposit and first months rent due at signing unless otherwise agreed upon terms have been arranged (i.e.: exchange of price knocked down in return for cleaning/fixing up upon moving in). Smoking is allowed and will consider certain trained or outside pets. ABSOLUTELY NO DRAMA, DRUGS, OR CONVICTED FELONS. Shared leases/Split rental agreements can be arranged. Owner reserves the right to evict any tenant, at any time, and for any reason. Owner also reserves the right to modify rental pricing occasionally and will inform tenants of any upcoming changes or modifications to the lease prior to signing. Month-to-month basis lease to start with, longer-term leases will be considered after a 6 month period.
