I have used this home for all my family visits to allow for longer stays due to 2 separate living areas. It also would be a great mother inlaw quarters. If family isn't in the cards for you it can be a separate rental it already has a separate electric meter. The third home is a full play house that can be converted into a hoppy room or just additional storage.
