Hey everyone! I am looking for a roommate to join me in my 2 bed 1 bath townhome located at Madison Ave and 30th street starting August 10th (for a one year or more lease). Me and my girlfriend have lived here for 3 years and love the space and location. She is moving out of state due to grad school and I am staying for the next school year at CU. About the place: Rent for the smaller bedroom (without the balcony) is $1200 monthly Washer dryer in unit Private landlord who is very nice, they pay for water and trash We are responsible for electric/gas and wifi Located within walking distance to east campus, biking distance to main campus and a mile from the stadium Small backyard with shed storage Lots of storage space under the stairs About me: I am a 30 year old guy who is a student at CU studying Computer Science. We have a dog who will be staying in Colorado with me. His name is Ziggy and he is a 6 year old German Shepard mix, so unfortunately, there would be no other pets allowed. On the weekdays I am mostly studying and on the weekends, I like to hike, camp, fish, or have a beer and watch sports.
