Utilities included: water. Well-trained pets allowed - additional deposit required. Date Available: Jun 1st 2022. $2,000/month rent. $1,500 security deposit required. Water is included, renter is responsible for all other utilities (gas, electric, cable/internet). No smoking indoors under any circumstances. Gated parking spot included. Setting up auto-pay for rent is required, which will be set up through a secure, user-friendly app. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. I prioritize being fair and readily available for tenants if there are any issues or questions. Before lease agreement, I schedule interviews with the potential tenant(s) to establish a relationship and mutual respect. This is the first home that I've owned by myself, and it is important to me to have great tenants that love this space as much as I do. Tenant selection will be based on this interview primarily, as well as a stable credit history/income verification, and zero criminal records. I absolutely love pets, and people who have pets and love animals are more than welcome to apply to rent my home. However, part of being a pet owner is being responsible for any damage and clean-up your pet(s) have caused to the property. A $200 deposit is required per pet, and if damages exceed the pet + security deposit amount, that will be the responsibility of the tenant(s) to cover. Since this is a 4 unit building, it is important to me that the tenant(s) are courteous and respectful of my neighbors. My neighbors are kind and easy-going, so I would appreciate it if the tenant(s) are the same :)
