The location is ideal as you are only within 20 minutes to Washington DC monuments and museums and within minutes of nearby cities of Arlington, Annandale, McLean, Vienna, Springfield, and Alexandria.The East Falls Church Metro line is only 3 miles away, and it heads East to Arlington and Washington DC or West to Tysons Shopping Mall/Reston/IAD airport. Taking the bus or biking are great options as well. Roundtree park is only 0.5 miles away and Providence Rec Center with indoor pool, gym, fitness classes, etc. is only 1.8 miles away. The property is also within minutes to hundreds of international restaurants, particularly Latin and Korean cuisine. The Vietnamese Eden Center is nearby too. The trailer is close to the main home, occupied by a Latino family, so you would need to get along with them. But they are great people and they will not disturb you at all.
