Clean is safe is my objective, and this unit was just painted and looks great! Very open, bright and with functional layout. Owner and tenant share water/sewer/trash costs ($30 first occupant, $20 each additional occupant), tenant pays for electrical, gas and all other utilities/services. Landlord pays for landscaping and site maintenance.
