This is a new construction home in the Summerview community in Fulshear. It's a single floor split layout, with the kitchen separating the rooms. Fridge, stove, dish washer, washer/dryer, air fryer are provided and shared between us. All utilities, including electric, gas, internet, and trash are included in the monthly rent. I'm slowly building a "home gym" in the garage and you are free to use it. It's $900/month all in, and you will have a single house-mate. Potty trained and well-mannered cats/dogs are allowed. No monthly fee, just a $500 deposit. The earliest move in date is Saturday 8/15. No smoking. No untrained pets. Guests are allowed but must be communicated to house-mates.
