Renter will be responsible for monthly occurring fees including electricity, gas water/sewer, cable/satellite, internet, etc. and will be setup with appropriate companies prior to move-in. Renter will also be responsible for lawn care and maintenance; if not well maintained Owner will have services completed and back charged to renter. Satellite placement will be discussed with owner prior to any equipment placement. Smoking will only be allowed outside of the main house, or in garage
