The laundry is located in a separate laundry shed and is shared with the front house. The cottage is semi-furnished, but the furniture can be removed if you prefer an unfurnished space. Furniture can also be provided if needed. Best of all, you're within walking distance of everything Atwater has to offer including the Atwater Farmers' Market, Spina, Club Tee Gee, Bar Sinizki, Dune, and many other great spots along Glendale Boulevard.
