Cute home for a couple. The kitchen and baths were remodeled 2007. It is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The house sits at the highest point on the street which prevents it from getting water damage and flooding from storms. During hurricane Sandy we had no water or damage. The price set is as is. After renovations all permits were filed but never certified. There is no certificate of occupancy.
