This house is absolutely falling apart, the foundation is caving in, because of broken sewer tiles underneath the house, all the pipes are rusted the gas line is Rusted there is lead in the water there is lead paint in the laundry room and in the tiles, the ceiling is Roofing and multiple places, the roof is falling apart, the gutters are falling off and molded, the driveway is crumbling, there is no walkway it is caving in oh, and the backyard is completely flooded due to a sewer line break, horrible roof damage, leaking water in the living room ceiling, black mold in the Attic, landlords will not fix it, so it's getting worse by the year. I've been here 10 years and nothing has been fixed on it. Garage is also leaking, water damage inside due to terrible old roofing
