It's a fabulous location just outside of town, but close enough for all your needs. The roof was redone in 2016. The well has all new piping and check valve replaced in 2019. We also added 18 inches of new insulation in the house. Insulation was added in the garage along with a wood stove.Their is an unfinished basement under half of the house used for storage.
