It has walk score of 77 and bike score of 87. There are bus lines nearby and also the train to/from the airport is usually less than a $7/Uber-Lyft ride away. Also, there are bike shares and scooter shares all over the city. We have a minimum of 1 year but looking for longer term rental. We will pay water and sewage for the duration, but asking the tenant to pay for electricity and internet and maintain the yard. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house.
