Our application and rental criteria are available on our web site www.pen-prop.com together with the pet requirements. We do not have a weight limit, however, there is a non-refundable $350.00 pet fee per pet. The web site explains breeds that would require renter?s insurance to cover your pet. Typically, houses need to be viewed prior to applying to make sure you like the property, as application fees are non-refundable. We only hold houses for 10 days after the approval process and the deposit is paid. Houses can be viewed Monday ? Friday from 9am-4pm, with a $20.00 refundable key deposit with a picture ID. All keys have to be returned in the day that they are checked out before we close at 5 p.m. to receive your key deposit back. The office address is 12284 Warwick Boulevard, Suite 1-C in Newport News. We are located in the Huffman Building. Please call before you come in order to make sure someone else has not checked out the keys. They are available on a first come-first serve basis.
