Looking for someone to take over our gorgeous Queen Village apartment starting March 15 (flexible start date). We love living here, and are VERY sad to move but we are hoping to find someone to pick up the rest of our lease (you can renew once our lease is up in August). This unit includes a private outdoor patio, in-unit washer/dryer, central air/heat, dishwasher, direct street access, high ceilings, and tons of natural light. Parking is not included but free & permit parking is not hard. Pets are allowed if they are Emotional Support Animals (it's a simple form signed by a doctor or therapist and then there's no pet fee, we did this for our dogs). All utilities are included except for electric and wifi. This neighborhood is extremely friendly and the landlord is very responsive.
