    Opening January 1st, hoping to have someone in by the 15th. - No pets unfortunately - No couples Rent is 1270 plus utilities (roughly 150 in the winter, cheaper in summer) Deposit: $1250 lease renews in August if you choose to. You will have 3 roommates but doesn't feel like it because they're usually gone or hanging in their rooms after work. This is for the upstairs bedroom, in a beautifully renovated victorian near downtown Santa Cruz on Locust Street (quieter area). walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and bars. the wharf is a straight shot from the house about a quarter mile. the kitchen has all updated appliances, large kitchen with an island, and spacious living room and dining room. updated washer and dryer and lots of garage space. you would share a bathroom with one person. Back patio for hanging with friends and cookouts etc. looking for someone preferably late 20s and older. there are three men all in their mid to late 30s. one works from home and the others have "normal" 9-5ish jobs on the weekdays. All are laid back, friendly, and clean. Cool with light drinking and 420 friendly. everyone is respectful and does their part. NOT a party house but kickbacks with a group of friends are fine, roomies just need a heads up. there's a driveway and then there's a annual parking permit as well if you want to obtain that (I think it's 30$ for the year).
