The home is located in the front of a manufactured home community called Parkwood and is located between Center and Dort off of Maple Rd in the Grand Blanc school district ( not Flint water). This is an actual house, not a manufactured home. In order to apply you will need to pay a $25.00 application fee and place a $500 deposit on the home to hold the home while we process your application. If approved, the $500 goes towards your move in costs. If denied, the $500 is refunded to you. We are not super fussy on credit score, but we do not approve applicants that have previous landlord evictions or judgments. We also run a criminal background check on all adult applicants. Overall we are looking for residents that pay their rent on time. The approval process takes about 72 hours, you will need to provide ID social security card, and proof of income (30 days of pay stubs). All deposits and application fees must be paid in cashiers check or money order. This home is $675 monthly.
