Hi there! My husband and I are excited to share our cherished home with you this summer while we're away. This is where we live year-round, and we absolutely love it here! The house is fully furnished and will be available July 1st - September 30th. Utilities are included in total rental price Our cozy house in Stuart Heights features two king beds, one queen, and a colorful, bright office space complete with a standing desk overlooking the backyard. The highlight is our gorgeous sunroom with skylights overlooking our private, wooded fenced-in backyard it's our favorite spot to relax! We recently renovated the kitchen ourselves, pouring our hearts into creating this beautiful new space. We love cooking and entertaining here! We're just 7 minutes from North Shore Chattanooga's shopping and dining, and 10 minutes from major shopping centers. Our Stuart Heights neighborhood is super safe and peaceful with wonderful neighbors on both sides. Since this is our primary home that we love dearly, we're looking for someone who will take good care of it during their 3-month stay. If you're seeking a cozy, quaint place that feels like a real home, this is perfect! Small dogs welcome and open to talks regarding other dogs and cats. Since this is our home we would want to make sure furniture isn't damaged from animals scratching the furniture. Feel free to reach out with questions about our home!
