We recently refurbished the kitchen, half bathroom, living room, and floors. Main level has living room, half bathroom, and kitchen that leads to back patio. Second floor has 2 bedrooms each with own bathroom and walk in closets. Basement has the 3rd bedroom, laundry room, furnace/boiler room, and a bathroom in the hall. One covered parking space included as well. Located in a well situated neighborhood a short distance from most conveniences with a short distance walk or drive to: - Parks, cycle, and walking paths, - Valmont disc golf park, - Valmont bike park, - Climbing gyms and The Flatirons, - Local breweries, - The Rocky Mountains/Estes Park, - Google, - IBM, - Ball Aerospace, - Apple, - NOAA, NIST, NTIA, NCAR, UCAR, - University of Colorado Boulder, - Pearl Street, - 29th Street Mall. Renters are responsible for utilities (water, gas, electricity, cable, and internet). Applicant(s) combined income must be at least 2x monthly rent. A comprehensive online credit/background/criminal check is required for ALL adult occupants. Application fee and rent to be paid online via PayPal or Venmo; no paper checks. First and last months rent and security deposit must be paid to the owner before moving in. Security deposit minus damage cost will be returned after inspection once renters have vacated the property. Sorry NO pets. And definitely NO smoking or marijuana or vaping or other illegal drug use allowed. No in person tours at this time due the pandemic, however willing to do Zoom or FaceTime to show our home. 12 month lease from August 1, 2021.
